Plastic fantastic - but she loves it, 27 Jan. 2010

I was slightly aghast as I knew i would be when this landed on my doorstep. But what can you expect it is green, pink and plastic! Perfect for a toddler and the perfect size for little hands and to be worn on little shoulders. If you're looking for a rucksack for long walks this probably isn't the one. But for a fun addition to your childs accessories.

Small & overpriced, 10 Oct. 2010

I bought this for my nephew who is obsessed with dinosaurs. I was happy with it but found it was quite small & seemed cheaply made. I would not buy another one unless the price was reduced to under £10.

Bag perfect - delivery not so!, 5 Jan. 2012

The backpack is perfect and would be great as a lunchbox as it has an almost padded lining (like a coolbag). Delivery was a different story, received an email to say that it had been dispatched on 5th - it still hadn't arrived on the 9th so I contacted the store and they confirmed it had been dispatched and was told to wait until after the weekend to see if it had arrived. Still no sign of the product by Tuesday so called again and this time I was informed that it hadn't actually been posted until 9th due to staff shortages. Still hadn't arrived by 15th so called again and they informed me that if it didn't arrive they would post another bag to me on a next day delivery. Eventually arrived and all was well but overall a little bit frustrating - in truth I wasnt expecting the bag for 5-10 working days but because I had received the dispatch email so soon I expected the service to be a little better!
