love the pram....shame the company doesnt reply to emails regarding faults!, 26 July 2014

I ordered this product ready for the arrival of my 2nd baby in march. I love the pram but there have been a few problems with it. One of the front wheels sticks making it extremely difficult to push and the carseat hood hasnt stayed in the upright position since the minute i took it out of the box. Despite contacting image4kidz 3 times and giving them at least 3 weeks each time to reply i have heard nothing from them.

Excellent sturdy pram,very pleased for the price.still fits my toddler in 2nd seat and he's a tall 28 months old.

Been using this pram now for the past 8 months for my twin girls... Never had a problem with it.The pram frame is about the size of a single so fits through all doors when out and about which is fab.The 1 up and 1 down works very well and I'm always stopped and asked where I got it. I know of a few people that's expecting twins and are now going to purchase this for their babies after seeing mine.For the price its an absolute bargain.
