Product problem, but customer service appalling, 18 Jun. 2013

There was a major problem with this product as there were no holes drilled in one side for the bottom plinth to be affixed. Despite leaving several messages with the company, our calls were not returned and our emails went unanswered. We ended up supergluing the plinth but needless to say it fell off after a few days. This problem could have been rectified so easily but non-existent customer service from Kidsaw let it down badly and we won't be using this company again. It's a shame, as our grandson loves JCBs.

Arrived on time very good quality moved my sons room i was worried that he will cry but because of this book case he is always excited to go to room for story time before sleeping. The shelves are big enough to put any size of books at the moment I have nearly 25 or 30 kids books on it plus his innotab and laptop and few other things and the book case is not wobbley very solid.thank you seller for quick delivery and quality product.

Good purchase for a child's bedroom, 7 July 2014

This item was nicely made and seemed as though it would withstand regular use by a two year old. Some bookcases I have looked at have been rather flimsy. The price was reasonable and I would thoroughly recommend.
