  • The figurine is illuminated in the sleeping position, so the child knows it still has to sleep. At the set time it goes into the waking position, so it is time to get up! The mini night light emits a reassuring glow.
  • Because of the 'inverted' pointer of the alarm, it is easy for the child to see how long it will be before it is time to get up.
  • The digital display facilitates learning to tell the time.
  • 3 possible alarm modes: train, cuckoo or birdsong! The sound volume of the alarm clock gradually increases until the child wakes up.
  • Works on the mains or 2 AA batteries.Always keep the Kid'Sleep out of the reach of children. Risk of strangulation because of the presence of an electrical cord. Please keep the instructions.

Claessens'Kids - Wake Kid'Sleep - Blue is available in Teaching Clocks

New from Kid'Sleep! My First Alarm Clock is a new addition to the Kidsleep range, offering analogue and digital display to help children learn how to tell the time. The inverted alarm pointer makes it easy for children to see how much longer they need to stay in bed for. The alarm can be set to a time chosen by parents to wake children using one of three alarm calls; Train, Cuckoo or Bird Song. The sound of the alarm gradually increases until the child wakes up. With the illuminated character asleep and emitting a reassuring glow children will not only be comforted during the night but also know that is not yet time to get out of bed. Once the clock reaches the time set the awake character will light up letting children know it's morning. My First Clock is available in Blue and Pink.

Nice product but...., 15 Nov. 2012
I have had various clocks made by KidSleep and they have been pretty good although not totally reliable I have to admit.Anyway just got this one and the only issue for now is that it comes with a European plug! I know it's simple to get a little adapter and that's it but I find it amazing that this is not specified on the product page.

Works well for us, 15 Oct. 2013
We haven't experienced any of the problems other reviewers have mentioned. I bought this because it has both digital and analogue and the light to tell my son when he was allowed to get up and come into us. I didn't want to buy one of the simple sleep trainers as that seemed a waste of money when I would need to buy a clock later anyway. My son only gets up when his clock says it is morning and is already trying to tell the time. I haven't used the alarm (in my experience few parents of pre-school or infant school children need an alarm to wake their children up in the morning!)

A great clock despite the small problem, 1 Nov. 2015
Great idea, my son had been waking early and shouting out or getting up. Had this clock for 6 months and has solved the problem. The only problem we found is that occasionally the alarm goes off unexpectedly. For example it could be set for 7.00. we activate the alarm when he goes to bed at 7.30 and it's gone off at 7.45pm! It doesn't always happen and we have got round it by not switching the alarm on until we've gone to bed later in the evening. It has the option of only having the sun come up with no alarm sound (which we do on a weekend) or having an alarm sound as well (which we use on school days). It also has a digital clock display but this operates separately to the analogue clock which also sets the alarm.
