This is a fantastic little jewlery box, has really good quality sound and I love it. I had an issue with my order, it was ordered twice. Seller contacted me to ask if I wanted two or was it a mistake. Really great customer service. I will definitely order from this seller again and say if you want a nice little jewlery box for a project order from them!

My first Kikkerland musical box was bought in New York as a gift and I loved it. I have since bought several from Amazon for gifts and been delighted with them. However when I placed my last order for 8 of them, 5 of them came with bent packaging on the area that has a hanging hole. This was very disappointing as they were meant to be given as presents. I don't think this was due to the postal packing but to inferior Kikkerland outer musical box packaging. I think they need to review this very urgently as I look for small, interesting gifts to send through the post but fear my recipients would think these used or bought second hand/reduced. I should return them but unsure about the Returns Policy and Procedure.

I got this for my mothers birthday, as she's turning the big 40 this year, and she loves the Wizard of Oz. I didn't reckon on how emotional her sneak preview would make her! The item is gently steampunk-ish, and beautiful for it! The song is soft and sweet, and brought tears even to my eyes!
