This product is just awful. I thought, by the number of good reviews, I would at least get a decent music box that actually plays the tune advertised... Oh how wrong I was!It was supposed to be a present for my girlfriend who is a musician. I was shocked when I played the music box, and cringed throughout the whole song, as it was full of false notes. The song is completely butchered and impossible to listen by even a remotely musical person.This product is either of very poor quality or damaged, and it would be an embarrassment for me to gift it to my girlfriend.I thought I could get a decent, well tuned music box for this price, but it seems I was wrong. This kind of quality negligence should not be tolerated.Be warned - do not do your business here.

This is the most fun. It is also educational. See how it works! I had one as a child, and finally wore it out after about a million plays. I used to wind mine the wrong way and knew how to sing 'Happy Birthday' backwards. A great party feat at seven years old! I thoroughly recommend it.

My first Kikkerland musical box was bought in New York as a gift and I loved it. I have since bought several from Amazon for gifts and been delighted with them. However when I placed my last order for 8 of them, 5 of them came with bent packaging on the area that has a hanging hole. This was very disappointing as they were meant to be given as presents. I don't think this was due to the postal packing but to inferior Kikkerland outer musical box packaging. I think they need to review this very urgently as I look for small, interesting gifts to send through the post but fear my recipients would think these used or bought second hand/reduced. I should return them but unsure about the Returns Policy and Procedure.
