I bought this Kidtex Foam Square End Pram Mattress for a pre owned Silver Cross Durham Rose Pram I bought at auction. It is often difficult to find the right size for an old pram but this is absolutely right. These old prams are really an investment these days as they certainly keep their value and as long as you have somewhere roomy to store them they are the very best for a country baby to be trundled about in. And of course each new baby should really enjoy their own mattress, aesthetically and for safety's sake. This mattress has three layers supportive foam that resists denting, encased in a breathable and water repellant fabric and is neatly quilted. You are warned that it is not absorbent, nor should it be, but this means a baby could choke on any sick so must always be watched if poorly. I bought this mattress to fit a 1970s Silver Cross pram which I wanted to use for one of my grandsons to sleep in on his visits to me. The measurements were the closest I could find and it fits very well. Baby sleeps peacefully so that must say it all! Dispatched very quickly. Would recommend this seller.

The mattress is just as expected perfect for my old Mothercare traveller pram being done up for the next generation. The very large box it arrived in has been used for the last few weeks by 3 toddlers as a pirate ship!!!
