Easy to install - just place loop over seat buckle and push cover into seat. Easy to clean, we have had a couple of "accidents" and we just removed the seat protector and washed it with washing up lkiquid and warm water. It dried fairly quickly and did not lose its shape. Also the plastic base of the cover did not leak so the car seat remained dry.

Good seat protector that could do with just a little tweaking!, 6 April 2011

It's a great mat and absorbs well enough to get you the rest of the way home! I'm not sure how successful it would be if you were just starting to toilet train, when the little accidents tend to be not so little, but once you've got started and it's just for the odd unavoidable slip-up (usually when my daughter falls asleep in the car or buggy, not quite mastered the night-time control yet!). It certainly saves a lot of time and hassle of removing the actual car seat cover to wash it. The reason I deducted 1 star is that our car seat has a little padded fabric flap that covers the plastic fastening clip (where you clip in the straps), that sits between the child's legs. This is not covered by the protector and so it still gets wet and has to be removed (along with part of the car seat cover) for washing. Might it be an idea to amend the design to incorporate a little waterproof flap on the edge of the hole that fits around the clip to help with this? Maybe I'm being a little picky...

If you have kid who are in the potty training stage, then this product is worth its weight in gold, also the price is very reasonable, especially since you get two in the box - so you can wash/dry one, whilst using the other. I've researched quite a few product in this area and I think this is the best
