I had a really old set of shelves in the garage, next to the freezer where I stored a mixture of paint, car parts and tins of food!! Obviously I needed a better solution, particularly as the contents on the shelves were getting dirty and dusty. I looked around on Amazon and saw this and it looked perfect. Delivery was pretty quick too!
On arrival you are greated with a reasonably heavy box full of flat pieces of opaque plastic and black plastic connectors. The flat opaque pieces can be divided in to two groups, those that are the doors and all the others which are identical. It looked a little tricky to put together, but the instructions made it sound really simple and it was!

I really enjoyed building this, more than I thought I would. I anticipated it being a bit of a pain to put together but, it wasn't at all. I put a DVD on I could sing along to and the units were built in no time, once you get the hang of it, It's really easy and just slots together very simply. Beware though once you have slotted it together it's not as easy to take it apart again, it's a solid unit.
I decided not to make mine up as one big wardrobe or cupboard. I was more interested in having a couple of units. I wanted a 4/6 cube unit for my grandchildrens bedroom, this would be used to keep their toys, craft supplies and a few clothes in, plus I wanted a tall 3 cube unit for my conservatory to keep my sewing things in as I use this room as my sewing room. I have used 4 cubes in my utility room to keep my washing supplies in and the dogs leads and coats.
