I've always liked Loreal products and have used their perms in the past. I am happy with this particular one, it does everything it is supposed to and the end results of the perm were very good (on a clients hair, I am a hairdresser). The reason I have given this product a 4 star review rather than a 5 star is because firstly, it took quite a few days to arrive (about a week), not normally a problem but I would have preferred to have received it earlier. The other factor is that the development time of the perm was longer than stated on the box. Luckily I always check the perm before rinsing and neutralising. The instructions stated 10 minutes for sensitised hair but I left it on my clients hair for about 18 minutes altogether. Other than that, I was very happy with the product. Thanks!
