Good: (1) "It does what it says on the tin". My wife is very pleased with it. (2) When I queried the long lead time, Olympia were very courteous. (3) Packaging fine.Bad: (1) Ordered on October 10, not despatched until October 16. Arrived on October 29. This was admittedly before their November 5 deadline, but in my opinion 19 days is way too long to have to wait. (2) I could find no information at all about where Olympia were - I suppose I should have guessed Greece. It wasn't until they replied to my email that I discovered they were indeed in Greece.So, 5 stars for the product, 2 stars for the delivery time, overall 3 stars. The long lead time is extremely off-putting.
