I use white eyeliner on my waterline, and go through quite a few, this one works as good as any white kohl and is the cheapest I could find. Very pleased, would recommend.

When I recieved the pencil it came in good time. It is exactly as described and is easy to use. The white isnt very strong but strong enough for me. No complaints at all.
