These are excellent quality and I love the colour (we got purple). They are quite thick - almost rubberized material. Makes them very waterproof and excellent for cooler weather but I wonder if they'll be a bit sweaty on warmer days, and also means they don't pack down as small as the other type you get where the material is thinner with a softer fabric drape. You can't just bung them into your bag. The 18-24m size are still a bit long on my 16 month old so I cross the straps at the back to pull them up a little. I expect they will fit her all through next winter so I'm happy!

I have purchased three pairs of these over the past two years in various colours and sizes and have been massively impressed. They are very durable, including when crawled around in on stones or rough ground by little ones and haven't ridden up the legs. The elastic around the legs is adjustable for a snug fit and the shoulder straps adjust easily and stay in place well. They have always manged to keep my girls completely dry even during heavy rain or water play, except when they dive into puddles and it comes in the top. The oldest pair has been in use for over a year now and is still in excellent condition. There is a lot of flexibility in size since they are like dungarees so I think you can get a larger age range than is stated. The colours are bright and child appealing. Worth every penny.

Perfect wet weather gear, 20 April 2016

I bought a 2-year old size as my 17-month old is taller than most and I wanted her to have something to grow into. These still work and she will definitely be able to wear them until she turns 2.
