great unisex shape sorting toy, 13 Sept. 2016

This toy arrived in a box with a colourful image of the toy on the front, as well as a mixture of English and Chinese written over it all.

Upon opening the box, there is a cylindrical wooden shape which has 3 shape outlines on the top, and then 2 shape outlines on each of the 5 sides. Each shape is outlined in a different colour which is well contrasted with the background colour that the section is painted in.

There is a lock style wooden peg which is attached by a piece of rope which turns to release and relock the pull out side so that the wooden shapes internally can be removed and securely stored. The shapes which are included are: heart, semicircle, star, triangle, square, hexagon, rectangle, circle, oval, diamond, trapezium, pentagon and a very rounded triangle type shape. Each shape is a good size for small hands, and they are all very sturdy, they do not bend. The base is a solid piece of wood.

There is also a two lines of beads which can be moved up and down...

Lewo Wooden Shapes Sorter Toys, 11 Sept. 2016

This Lewo toy is amazing. My order arrived well packed in a heavy duty cardboard box. Inside the cardboard box was the Lewo Wooden Shape Sorter toy, that i had ordered for my 2 old daughter. Although this is suitable from 18 months old, I wasn't sure if it was a bit soon for her to have a toy like this. How surprised was I. She has played with it every day since it arrived. It was delivered the next day using Amazon prime. The Lewo Wooden Shape Sorter comes in its own branded colourful box.

Quality build of the Shape Sorter is very sturdy, solid and hardwearing. Made from good quality durable materials. The pieces are well constructed. Sturdy high quality basswood and rubber is used to create the shapes as well as the shape sorter. This is built to last and will last for many years to come.

What's included

1 x Shape sorter

13 x Shaped Blocks

A lovely item that will stand the test of time, and is a totally unisex toy., 6 Sept. 2016
What a lovely, traditional, toy for kids! I've been very impressed with it. It arrived in a pleasant gift box. It appears to me to be made to the highest standards - a lovely item that will stand the test of time, and is totally unisex. There are several ways for your child to play with it - It's got brightly coloured wooden blocks to fit through the shapes on the drum, it rolls, has wooden beads threaded onto a wooden stake for counting etc and to be honest, the wooden drum is sturdy enough for a small child to sit on it too! Based on my experience with it, I'm happy to recommend it.My pictures show you how they look when it arrives. I bought this toy at a discount in return for an honest review – but I genuinely don’t leave good product reviews unless a product really deserves it, and I have still parted with some of my hard earned money! If you have any questions on my experience with this product please just ask - I'll be very happy to help!
