These are great - we bought two sets and are probably getting a third.
These are double dimensioned in comparison to most. Each piece is 60cm by 60cm square and 2cm thick.
This makes them super protective for any little ones taking a tumble as they learn to balance - additionally they have a nice level of firmness so that it's still easy for them to walk and crawl on and learn one of life's lessons about not falling over!
The thickness also helps with moving them around, as the squares stay really well connected unless you want to take them apart.
