Our luxurious, superior, Terry Towelling Waterproof Mattress Protector
is made from supersoft absorbent Polyester / Cotton. This mattress
protector provides excellent comfort and allergy protection due to the
anti microbial dust mite barrier. Finished in polyester / cotton cover
which is generously filled with 120gsm polyester to ensure a good
night's sleep. With a breathable and bacteria-resistant polyurethane
backing ensures it's waterproof, anti-allergenic, anti-bacterial and
very comfortable. This mattress protector will fit on to any mattress
with elasticated corners like a fitted sheet and is fully machine
washable.

Although the mattress protector is in use, it has not been put to the test yet! However I am sure that it will be fine. My only criticism, which is probably inevitable, is that when anyone moves in the bed it makes a 'swishing' noise due to the waterproof membrane.

Feels very harsh to the touch, the fabric is like a dusted oilcloth, very rustly, sent it back the same day and will be looking for something I would actually want to be in my bed every night.

Don't like this product as too obviously waterproof mattress protector so returned it. I wouldn't recommend. Returned easily as usual although I've returned very few products to Amazon.
