Ok so this item to me is good as a spare but not my daily changing mat. It is fairly thin in the middle but has good padding around the sides and is easy to wipe clean. Its a good size and looks nice. We bought another one from john lewis at more than double the cost it has to be said but that has sides so baby can't easily role off, its really well padded and baby will sometime get so comfortable that they fall asleep and to be honest I think it was worth the extra money.

Lovely Bright Coloured Changing Mat, 29 Mar. 2014
Really love this changing mat. It is a very good size as my grandson who is a year now is a long baby and wriggles around alot but I can still manage to keep him on the changing mat. It is easy to clean and has a lovely design. A visitor remarked on what a nice mat it was as most changing mats are quite boring looking. Would definitely recommend this mat a little bit more expensive but worth it.
