I was quite sceptical about this product as I suffer from quite nasty contact dermatitis and have tried pretty much every prescription treatment with limited success. My hands are red, patchy, flaky, split, weeping, blistered, itchy and infected.
Now this cream is expensive but a little goes a long way so that's okay. It's quite greasy when it goes on (it's mostly petroleum jelly e.g. Vaseline) and takes a while to soak in so I often put it on before bed or if I'm sitting down to watch TV. It's no miracle cure but has helped me to get my condition under control. It helps trap moisture in the skin and has reduced the number of pustules dramatically and pretty much stopped cracking. The mild antimicrobial properties help to control infection and leave me with less pus filled blisters than more aggressive products like Dermol.
