At last a truly deep mattress protector!!!I bought a super new bed which had a deep memory foam top.I've had trouble buying bedding for it as it was so deep.This item is a bit more expensive than some others but it fitsperfectly. It is very well made of good quality materials.Now all I need is fitted sheets!

We previously had a matress protector which had thin paper-like sides. Every morning the fitted sheet would be off from the corner, because my hubby is a wriggle bum and gets very hot. This mattress protector stays where it should and so does the fitted sheet. It is cool which means no sweating and makes for a perfect nights sleep. I would definitely recommend it.

My old mattress protector had reached a sorry state of wear and tear. The sides were made of some paper fabric and had long since begun to tear, and were in any case not deep enough to reach well under the thickness of my deep king-size mattress. Time to refresh the undercarriage of my resting place!

This mattress protector is everything the blurb says it is. It has a lovely smooth and slightly padded feel to it. It has not rucked up once in three or so months of use -the sides stay well under the mattress once tucked in. I have not needed to lift the bottom sheet to smooth it out in between linen changes. It is very comfortable to sleep on. I have not yet needed to wash it so can't comment on its performance in the washing machine, but have no reason to believe there would be a problem.

Highly recommended and well worth the price.

UPDATE JULY 2012

Now one year of use and this mattress protector is as good as new. It has washed...
