My first venture into IP cameras but was tempted by the majority great reviews here. Set up was dead easy once I sussed that the QR code was under the camera itself, not the one of the box. DOH. Now up and running and App downloaded to both Android smart phones and tablet no problem. There are various settings to tinker with and fine tune to your own requirements, including image quality and frequency of alerts etc. We bought this because we have a cat and thought it would be cool to watch him occasionally when we're out, so we get an alert when he wanders in front of the camera, or alternatively you can just watch the live feed. Image quality is impressive, especially night vision...how cool is that? The lights on the camera and LED's are very unobtrusive so nothing to worry about there. The two way sound is a cool feature too, and can be a bit freaky (apologies to my wife for whispering 'hello' when she walked past). Overall very pleased with this purchase. The negatives? It is a nice starter camera, clarity is good for 720p and price is good also especially considering its rich feature set. The login user ID and password are on the bottom of the device. The website live stream is OK. Android app works pretty well. It's a bit grainy at times but it does a good job of seeing in the dark. Besides, if you are aiming this out of window, you are unable to see in the dark. The motion alert works OK, but it sometimes misses the picture after it gets the actual alert so you can't see exactly what changed. Some issues with the memory card, I know probably nothing wrong with the camera, it should be the memory card, because it just stopped working. I had to take it out and put back in and then unplug camera. After it reboot it started to work Again.A separate note: 32 GB SD card will give you 7days of nonstop recording...Not possible to save video on cloud. All in all, I will probably get a few more.

Good quality monitor, 18 Aug. 2015

This product looks really good, is very easy to set up and is a good camera offering good video quality when in HD mode. The sound is OK though it picks up some ambient sound. The app is very easy to use, and can control the unit well, allowing very straight-forward control of all the camera's features. I found the unit very easy to install but if you have any problems, tech support from the seller are happy to help. The motion sensor is good as a feature and night vision is excellent but after a week if trying to get used to it I sent it back. With cameras like this it would be really good if there is was an option for audio only monitoring, perhaps their app could include this for baby monitoring over night?
