Maclaren Bath Set Great for Sensitive Skin - New Mum Gift Idea, 8 April 2015

I ordered this with suffering from sensitive skin and prickly heat (well weather warming up quickly). With the items being tested on sensitive skin and only containing ingredients that are organic too seemed a good idea to try them out. Body lotion 83 per cent organic, shampoo 76 per cent, but nothing said about the bath/shower item or conditioner. To me though more about being suitable for sensitive skin.

The first thing I noticed was that the bag the items are in is so tight that it actually squeezed the body lotion so that it has a crease on the top making it leak ever so slightly. After a few goes I managed to open it to remove the four items.

Well the bath and shower item smells not that great, not so much of orange and mandarin must be the pettigrain what ever that may be. Not a refreshing smell of oranges though which I was expecting so a little disappointed with that.

Partially organic bathing at 22nd century prices, 15 May 2015

Although the company McClaren is perhaps best known for jet setting around the globe as a top formula one team (triumphantly unleashing plumes of carbon in all directions, as they go) it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the company is also highly regarded for their sideline business- as a manufacturer of ethical organic vegan produce. To be honest, I'm not altogether sure that most regular bath products have ever been notably rich in meat and dairy, but fair play to Maclaren for being so proactive on the matter as to make a rather loud song and dance about the fact that their's aren't either.

Personally, I'm not usually especially lavish about my bathroom habits. Maclaren Bath Set.(Fantastic), 19 April 2015

I suffer from a very itchy scalp and am allergic and sensitive to many products .Perfumed products are totally out of the question as is hair conditioner, so I was reluctant to try this set even though it states that it is for sensitive skin. I tend to itch more at night time, so I had a shower before bed time using all the products. I slept all night without itching. I have used them again and have not suffered any allergic reactions whatsoever! This was a great outcome for me. The perfume is lovely and delicate and not overpowering. I have used many hair products and paid out a lot in the past, even had lotion from the doctor, none of these worked as well as the Maclaren Bath Set. I hope this keeps on working as well in future because I am sold on it for now. The body lotion is great for dry skin and again no itching. It is pricey but who can put a price on making life more bearable and getting a better sleep.
