Samples of luxury toiletries for mum and baby - makes a great gift, 14 May 2015

Ignoring that fact that it's called a Travel Kit for no obvious reason, this is a fantastic gift for a new mother and baby. The kit contains a selection of high quality, luxury toiletries, such as a 'calming' bath milk, all significantly nicer than the standard any products that are generally pitched at new parents.

Although the products are mostly aimed at babies, the scented candle and room mist are aimed more at parents, which is a nice touch, because often parents are bombarded with baby clothes and toys etc, at a time when they're desperately in need of pampering themselves!

None of the massage oils etc come in bottles bigger than a generous sample, so this is very much a chance to try out the range of products and then go out and buy the ones that you're likely to use again. That doesn't negate the fact that these are expensive, luxury toiletries and being packaged together like creates a great gift. The only real misnomer is that the thick cardboard...

A Great sampler of quality products, 13 May 2015

I found this almost a prefect gift for my daughter and her not so new baby, now just coming up to a year, we, daughter, baby and I all love the products, love that they are organic so no chemicals or impurities and you can be sure you are using the best ingredient for mother and baby. I particularly liked the lavender oil for when Jason just did not want to settle after a hectic day or became a bit overexcited with grandad! The powder is much nicer than Johnson's, which is a good product but the Maclaren's just smells so much better, I love the mist too, we live in an older barn which is a bit small so any smell get trapped in all the rooms, the mist is particularly good at masking cooking without becoming cloying, the bath milk is ok, not my thing and the balm is just a balm, does have a lovely gesture though. My complaint is the price v the amount you receive, it would make a lovely gift, more of a sampler, you do get six items is a nice deeply but I would rather have a few larger...

Nice gift, 19 April 2015

Very nice little box to give as a gift for a new mum! Or nice little sample size stuff for mums who like to try new products without the commitment of an enormous bottle! (I'm the latter!)The products themselves are lovely, the room mist is divine and the little pots of "stuff" are really nice. They do what they say, they are nice :-)
