Excellent, simple to use product, 11 July 2016

I was not looking forward to using cupboard locks to prevent my daughter emptying the contents of our kitchen onto the floor faster than I can turn around. My memory of them is constantly catching your fingers and it taking a minimum of 5 attempts to get one door open. However, these magnetic ones prevent this from happening, take minutes to install and do not do any damage to the units! Having 2 keys is an added bonus. I received this as a free trial product in exchange for my honest and unbiased view. I am going to purchase a second pack to install in the bathroom. They are excellent value for money with quick delivery and superb customer service.

Works well, although use of handle was a little confusing, 23 July 2016

I originally thought the magnetic handle was also designed to actually help you open the door, but that's not the case - the handle is purely designed just to release the lock - you still need to use the existing door handle to open the door. So to open it, you place the magnetic handle on the door with one hand, and open the door with the handle with the other hand.My original review was more negative because of this misunderstanding, but the manufacturer emailed me (on a Saturday) and helped me realise the right way to use it, so the problem is resolved. Very impressed with the pro-active support!
