Instructions

You will find there are two sides to the child safety lock, a visibly larger end and smaller thinner end.

To install please peel off the 3M pads and apply to a dry clean surface wherever required. Once installed next you will want to know how to open the lock. In the centre of the 'larger end' you shall see the blue clip. Push this away from you to release, this is your quick release. Once detached re align the clip, with a little pressure push down and the clip shall be secured once again.

Adjusting the strap On the 'smaller' end slide the blue clip away from you, by doing so you shall detach the blue plate from the main frame of the safety lock. Adjust the strap as you see appropriate and slip the blue plate back in securely and in line with the 'smaller' frame of the clip.

REMEMBER THE BLUE PARTS ARE THE ONLY MOVING PARTS

Note: The blue plate once in place is designed to stay in place by fully inserting, you will permanently lock the adjustable strap in place. Slide 50% of the way if you want to adjust the strap to use on another appliance at another time. There is still adequate strength allowing no children to undo or access.
