size: L 81-117cm size: XL 88-128cm Material: Polyester fiber, latex silk, silk Usage: Wrap the abdominal lift attachment around your waist. Position the pad so it is centered and under the abdomen. Attach the belt to the pad and pull both elastic sides until the desired tension and attach the closure to the abdominal pad. To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach to the opposite side for even greater lift and support, with the support on, lay on your back with your knees up.

Product came very quickly but had no instructions, no that it's a complicated product to set up but I gave this to my girlfriend who has never seen it and I had to load Amazon back up to show her! That said the product does help and she is happy enough with it

On removing the brace after wearing it for a few hours the relief was amazing! I'm not sure if my pain would have ..., 22 Nov. 2015
I was suffering from pgp due to my pregnancy so bought this. I found it uncomfortable when I was wearing it but compared to the pain I experienced without it, it was nothing. On removing the brace after wearing it for a few hours the relief was amazing! I'm not sure if my pain would have eased anyway or if this brace is super. Def worth a try to anyone experiencing pgp at that price.
