Suffering from spd and pgp during pregnancy to the point I could barely walk without crying, my midwife recommended I buy a support so I chose this one due to cost and quick delivery time.It arrived next day as expected, in a plastic bag as previous reviewer says with no instructions...however a quick look at the picture of the item on here was enough to work out how it went on and it could feel the benefit instantly.I can walk so much easier-ok still hobbling but with a lot less pain that before. Hoping that after a few days of wearing it I should be able to feel even more benefits and have easier mobility-essential whe running around after our toddler at 33w pregnant! Can't recommend this highly enough!

Terrible quality. Sharpe bits of velcro sticking out and poor fitting. Arrives in a clear plastic bag with no picture to work from or instructions. Luckily I had used a belt before so I knew how to fit it and that it was, in fact, poor fitting. Very disappointed and have sent it back.

This belt is a bit of a nightmare! It's in 3 sections, one of which is useable: hence the 2 stars. The instructions were in Japanese (helpful?) so had to work it out for myself. It took myself and my husband to get it on me, and the Velcro is not very strong. It's quite uncomfortable to sit in, once on, although the support feels good (if you can get the Velcro to hold)I wouldn't recommend, but it took so long to be delivered, I couldn't be bothered to send it back.
