Worth a try if you are in pain, 25 Nov. 2014
I bought the biggest size as I'm an 18/20 and glad I did, it seems very adjustable though. Suffering with severe SPD and the bottom of my back / top of bottom is in constant agonising pain and I think this does help support my pelvis. Easy enough to wear and I sometimes sleep in it too so for the sake of £20 if you're in pain I would recommend giving it a go! Quality seems great and my physio did recommend buying one.
