Usage:

1.Wrap the abdominal lift attachment around your waist. Position the pad so it is centered and under the abdomen

2.Attach the belt to the pad and pull both elastic sides until the desired tension and attach the closure to the abdominal pad

3.To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach to the opposite side for even greater lift and support, with the support on, lay on your back with your knees up

Helps Ease The Symptoms Of S.P.D, 27 July 2016

My partner and I are due our second addition in early October. Though as of last month she has been diagnosed with S.P.D (symphysis pubis dysfunction) to which she now needs the aid of crutches in order to be mobile on a day to day basis. Whilst this method takes the pain caused by the pressure, this isn't always convenient as I'm not always around to help push our youngest member in the stroller (pushing and using crutches are basically chalk and cheese to use alongside one another). We where then recommend to use the aid of tube-grips to combat this issue when it wasn't convenient. Again although this did help ease the pain the warm weather we are currently having became to much for her to wear. So another alternative needed to be found. To which I came across this.. I've seen multiple versions of these though the design does tend to be quite generic.

Whilst using this Pregnancy Belt we have come across both its positive/negative points from my own user experience. These...

Offers great support for the hips and lower back especially, the bump section is a little big for me yet so havent used that as a support as yet, but im only 20weeks so have plenty of growing to do. Im severely disabled with a severe spinal condition, arthritis and hips in need of replacement etc, so i didnt expect it to offer much help but it really is fantastic, both while using my sticks and seated. Would highly recommend. Easy to put on also & fits nicely under clothes.
