I bought this with the expectation that as it was made by maxi-cosi specifically for the cabriofix - it would fit snugly and have correct spaces for straps etc. Sadly not the case, it is very very baggy - either folds of material under my sons head and body or flaps of material hanging over the edges of the car seat; the hole where the big buckle should fit through is not big enough and ripped with very little effort - I honestly can't see how I could have got the buckle through without it tearing... And worst of all, I bought this in the summer and have used it despite it looking pretty ridiculous so that the car seat cover underneath doesn't get drenched in sweat from the little one and having just taken it off, I shouldn't have bothered with it. Millions of fluffy bits of blue fabric fibres all over the seat - right in all the creases - it's just taken a full wash and 45 minutes of me using a roller on it to get it halfway decent again. Good product, bit fiddly to fit, 29 Aug. 2015

This soft car seat cover is great for protecting baby's delicate skin against the harsh car seat material in the summer. It's a little fiddly to fit and doesn't come with any instructions how to fit it, but there is a YouTube video.Also, be aware that the connecting strap on the cover under the car seat handle needs to be moved up if you place the car seat on to a pram base.
