Nipple tunnel diameter is 21 mm, suitable for mothers with nipple diameter 17-19 mm; Connects to Standard-sized bottles (All Medela, Ameda Bottles and small version of Spectra, Playtex, Gerber, Dr Brown bottles etc; But NOT wide-neckbottles like Avent or Wide version of Spectra). Please purchase/Use a Standard-Wide neck converter for Wide mouth bottles.

Careful small neck shield does not fit large bottle neck, 23 July 2016
The size of the shield is good. They are easy to clean. However they are too small for the spectra bottle of my breast pump. They have a small neck so I can't fit the spectra bottle to connect and collect milk. I didn't know that. Lucky I have bottle from hospital which fit the shield otherwise I would have not been able to collect the milk and use them.
