You can make Medela Swing into a double pump with this, 25 Jun. 2013
Back in the hospital, my wife received 2 kits for Medela Symphony (each kit also included a cord - which is compatible with Medela Swing). Basically from this product I used the spliter ("T" shape tube). I've cut in half the 2 cords from Medela Symphony kits and I've upgade my Medela Swing from single to double pump.The actual cords of this product are a bit rubbish, they are made of a not so elastic plastic so they might slip off (I personally did not try them at all).Over all, I'm quite happy that I can upgrade my Medela Swing pump.

I have used for one week now and the product does what it was expected to. I would recommend as this set is cheaper that the other competitors.
