The outside is a nice soft cushiony fabric and one side of the hanger says "SHH SLEEPING" and the other says "PLAY TIME".I bought this for my sister in law who is a MAJOR Me To You fan (she has a whole single bedroom full of the stuff) ... but not much from the Tiny Tatty Teddy range. When I found out in June that she was expecting her first baby I immediately started looking out for baby goodies.Amazon has a bigger and better selection than the "official" Me To You website (the price is better too) ... and they are very much the real McCoy. All seven items I have bought to date (and still shopping ...) have the genuine hologram stickers.

The picture pretty much says it all, but truth be told its just a LITTLE bit more cute and fuzzy than the picture, just so very adorable, we bought it as a present and it was a instant hit.Go ahead and buy i'm almost sure you'll love it.
