I have bought this for my mum for Christmas. As soon as I saw this I fell in love with it! What a beautiful product! The case it like a soft fleece/felt material which is always great to snuggle up to. The design is gorgeous as most me to you products are. I love the vivid pink/purple colour which is great to see instead of the usual grey. The bottle itself comes out with no issue, unlike other hot water bottles I've purchased in the past which were sewn so tight around the top that it was impossible to get out.Overall I personally think my mum and many other people will love this when they receive it and I am giving it a five stars!
