Three main reasons why I rated this a five-star:1) The price is great for a manual pump.2) I can express at least 4oz in 15 minutes.3) Fits great with many different brands of storage bottles.

My wife used this breast pump everyday in her office to express milk! Always producing 6oz each pump. The best part is that she does not feel any pain from the constant pumping motion because it is so gentle till you do not realize milk is actually flowing profusely. Strongly recommended for any breast feeding mothers!

i highly recommend this.i had a electric tommee tippee breastpump before which broke, (definately not worth the money)but this pump is very effective and produced milk quite quickly for a manual and worth every penny! :)
