As an associated product I assumed that the horses in the stables would fit into the horse box but they don't. Very disappointing especially as you can't tell from the little pictures they post.Also the box is not up to the M&D standard. They are usually a reliable brand when it comes to quality but this one has big glue lumps, chips and bumps in the sides. Problem is, once your 2 year old has opened the box and seen the horses and trailer there's no way you can say, sorry baby it's going back!

My grandsons love these toys. Strong and sturdy wooden trucks, they go with their other Mellissa and Doug toys and I don't mind seeing them lying about either.
