Either there's no noise when the pieces are put in, or it goes off randomly when its packed away, 6 Nov. 2017
This has stopped working. When the puzzle pieces are put in, there's no noise with any of them. What's maybe worse is that it goes off randomly. If baby is asleep in his room, it wakes him with lots of noise. Will have to bin it. Changing the batteries didn't help, and the return window only just closed.

Disappointing, 11 Nov. 2014
Purchased this and also the Farm sound puzzle for my son, delivery was next day as stated and packed perfectly. Both puzzles have never worked properly, some of the objects seem to work perfectly then have no sound at all. As we where using cheapish batteries we thought that this was the problem but have since used Duracell and it is still happening. This has become very frustrating for my little boy and only that I threw away all packaging I would have returned both items. I would not recommend these to anyone, if both dont work efficiently there must be a defect in the product as a whole.
