This cream does what it says it does. It worked very well when my daughter was younger and, unlike her sister, very prone to nappy rash. We put it on with nappy changes and it seemed to prevent the worst of it.

Best cream we tried!! My son had quite bad nappy rash Sudocream was no help. We tried this and it went down really quickly, just a couple of days. Then we got the yellow version of this free on prescription and it came back. Went straight back to this and have not had a problem since. Only downside is that it's difficult to get off anything it comes into contact with, but that's the point, so you just have to be careful with it.

Metanium is such good bum cream for bubbas! It clears up nappy rash in no time. I had been using the yellow metanium at night but was told not to use it too much as it's a strong cream. After some searching I came across metanium everyday. Now all my mummy friends have started using it too.. much nicer to apply than sudocreme :-)
