This could be the best mattress in the world yet it would not make up for the incompetence of the seller., 12 Jun. 2014

I ordered a 69x30cm mattress and received a 67x30cm mattress. When I contacted the seller for exchange advice I was met by complete incompetence with regard to exchanges, returns and refunds. The seller made no effort to rectify the situation ASAP and commenced an email trail which went on for almost two weeks and at last count was plus 30 emails in length. The length of the email trail alone is a testament to the sellers incompetence. The seller also requested photographic evidence that the mattress was the incorrect size. In all the years I have been an on line consumer, this was a first! After the first week of emailing the seller gave in and sent out a replacement mattress, telling me to 'dispose' of the perfectly good mattress that I already had. This does not say much for the quality of the mattress. When the replacement mattress arrived it too measured 67x30cm. By this stage I was completely frustrated by this purchase yet decided to give the seller another chance to...

Perfect mattress, 26 July 2012

I bought this mattress for my baby's Mamas & Papas pram carrycot so we could use it as a moses basket as well as a pram (we use the pram mattress for going out and about) and this mattress when baby is sleeping. It's lovely and thick and padded, extremely good quality and fits the carrycot and fitted sheets perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever. It also arrived 2 days after I ordered it so very pleased with the service all round.
