Whelks are buckling at the front of pram the back clip as come off and one side of the break is not working and the wheels at fr, 8 Oct. 2015

Not even one star I can't believe amAzon are selling these prams!!!

They are Unsafe and should be check by saftey standards again in my eyes!!!

Whelks are buckling at the front of pram the back clip as come off and one side of the break is not working and the wheels at front are wobbling like there going to come off!!

I have rang amAzon today to express my concerns And got told I had to get the buyer to give information which was a hassle for me as he is on holiday.

The caller was very friendly and reassured me that it would get sorted.

Felt upset at the time as a new mum I was looking forward to taking my boy for walks which has now been unsettled as I can't afford to buy a new pram.

I have told the buyer and I think it's all being sorted now.

Tyres are also flat after 3times of using.

The clips at front are coming off causing the wheels to buckle and go straight.

Developed many faults after less than a year, 4 May 2015

Looks good however, has lasted less than a year! the locking mechanism has broken and frequently jams, in several places the wire has broken through the fabric of its own accord, the sport/buggy seat has poppers missing so the cosy toes will not attach, the rain cover has a hole in it, the harness traps on the sport/buggy seat have fell apart, exposed metal on the base of the sport/buggy seat, bent arch arms, miss-aligned zipper. Not impressed with the quality of this product at all, not fit for purpose and actually dangerous.

Attempted to contact the seller for the product to be fixed, replaced or refunded (given their obligations under the sales of goods act), they 'offer' was to look it over at their 'workshop' but only if I would take the responsibility to post it back to them (this product is very large, heavy and bulky when packaged and comes delivered in 2 very large boxes by a courier, a totally impractical and ludicrous suggestion that the customer should have to...
