I only ordered this item when our baby girl was 4 weeks young. I wish I had bought it when still pregnant. Learning together how to breastfeed is difficult enough. Never mind getting wet from the other leaking breast. The only thing to be careful of is not to bend over; at the beginng I made the mistake to bend over to put my baby down which resulted in her being covered in my just collected milk. Some sort of lid would have been great...

I actually burst out laughing when I opened the box, there is no way it could be described as discreet!It is made from a very hard , heavy, thick plastic, with a tiny hole for the nipple - think about engorged breasts, sore swollen nipples, night feeds etc and try to imagine how uncomfortable it would be to use!Pros:comes with a useful stand to keep it uprightlarge capacity - I measured it can hold 3 fl oz !Cons:Made from very tough plastic, not comfortable to use in the early days when you are sore and trying to get used to BF.Conclusion: I'd recommend this only to someone who is already experienced at breastfeeding, and who leaks a LOT of milk. For a novice or first time mum I'd recommend the Medela milksaver product which is smaller and has much softer silicone sheath.
