Without a doubt the best purchase made!
I've used my Moby wrap since my daughter was 5 days old, and I'm still using it now, and she has just turned 1!
The various positions for wrapping is great, as I've been able to change the way I wrap as she has grown up.
The first position is almost like a little cocoon for baby - they are tucked in, yet their face is kept open, so keeping them safe from suffocation.
Once they can hold their neck you can change the way they sit in the wrap - yet still comfortable for you and baby.
I would recommend trying the wrap before you need to use it. I got it when I was 8 months pregnant, so had to tie it around my husband to see/understand how it worked. After I had baby, it only took a couple of tries tying the wrap before it felt natural and easy to tie.
Has been a lifesaver at the airport (when you don't get your stroller until baggage collection!), out in the shops and to cuddle baby if she needed a nap...

I have used this most days since the baby arrived (now 15 weeks) and have not bothered with a pram at all. I would recommend tying the wrap before the baby arrives so you're used to it. Trying to read the instructions (on the moby website if you can't find the paper ones) with the baby is not as easy. Firstly I used the gathered wrap, but found the folded wrap much easier to tie and position the baby. The kangaroo wrap is good too, but not if you're going to be lifting the baby in and out (I found it easier to take the baby out to feed). Baby enjoys facing out as they get older.
My baby was not happy about being put down until about 10 weeks, but I could tie and position baby in less than three minutes. Although this feels like a long time when they're upset, suddenly you have your hands back and generally baby is asleep within five minutes. I put my one in an extra layer if going outside and cover up with a hat and shoes, and on warm spring days I do have to reduce layers...
