Great wee product, 1 May 2012

I have to say I was a little nervous buying this product after the reviews I read. I needn't have worried. This is one of the best toddler products I've purchased. (Also purchased the 'my little potty' travel potty.) My little girl didn't mind going to our toilet as we had a seat insert but really didn't feel secure on the 'big' toilet and preferred the potty. We wanted the potty to be an option only if a toilet wasn't available so I began my quest for a solution and this worked a treat. It's fitted onto every toilet she's come across with me positioning it for her. She will now go to any toilet with no hassle. She feels comfortable thanks to the padding and tells me she wants her seat. Between this and the travel potty she was trained in less than a week and with no hassle. She's confident and has no potty training issues. The bonus is it folds up really neatly and fits into my toddler bag no problem. The fact it folds and has it's own bag also makes it discreet. Nice but flawed, 20 Oct. 2009

I bought one of these for my Son because he liked to sit down to wee. The first time we used it the front of it slipped and he thought he was going to fall in the Loo, not a great start! I think our Loo must be a bit wide, but having said that, it is wonderful for taking on day trips and holiday because it is light and portable and thoroughly hygienic I would therefore recommend this item, just be careful with it!

I can see where people might have issue with the seat fitting properly. We purchased for use on vacation and lucked out that this fit perfectly on the toilet in our holiday flat, which was rounded. I had some reservations when I initially purchased as I fitted on one of our toilets at home which was rounded and it was a little springy for comfort. However, when you're traveling you're likely to watch your little one quite a bit closer in new environments, so it's not that HUGE an issue to just stand with or support your own child as they use this seat.
