I have had this a few years, and have used it on a number of flights. I like to think it is better for my neck when I doze off. I tie the pillow up so it is small,using strong rubber bands. The pillow always springs back into shape when I remove these. My only gripe is that my neck can become hot with prolonged use. It seems a lot better quality than some of the ones |I see in the shops, and is very supportive.

Dirty. I bought this for long haul flights and when it got delivered, before I'd even opened the plastic packaging it was in, there were stains on the fabric and it looked like it had already been well used. If I didn't need it in a few days time I would have returned and asked for my money back. Dissapointed.

Purchased this item for my flight to Sydney as I have a chronic neck problem. I like to keep my travel pillow on throughout the flight to support my neck.l It was fine though not perfect. Perhaps a little bit too bulky and also tended to get too warm, but I think that's common with memory foam. I did manage to sleep during the flight so on the whole I'm pleased with my purchase. I sewed a button and loop onto the ends so that I could hang it onto my luggage handle.
