Promising but let down, 18 April 2017

Very disappointed by this baby monitor. It should be 5 stars, the screen size is excellent, the image resolution is good, it is a great baby monitor when it is working. However, one star is lost due to that most evenings it loses connection and the Motorola image appears on the screen and you have to re-start it to get a connection. It is being used well within the operating range. The next start is lost due to how many people I had to deal with to report the problem. I contacted Motorola/Binatone Europe (as instructed by a slip of paper included in the box), they passed me onto Motorola/Binatone UK who told me it was an unheard of problem but to speak to Amazon for a replacement. The final star is lost due to Amazon not offering me a replacement, but a refund. Unfortunately the price has gone up by £30 in the three weeks since I bought it so will be £30 out of pocket to get a replacement. I've ordered a different (Motorola) monitor to see if I have more luck.

Motorolla's best monitor over others great screen resolution, 15 April 2017

Great product I did a lot of research about other motorolla monitors and this was the best choice and I'm very pleased with it especially the screen size, my only negitive is the music can't be turned down on the device when it's played from the screen device to the monitor so the camera plays it at one noise level for the baby but that's only a small thing.
