Multi-Mam® is an effective range of products for the prevention and treatment of sore, cracked nipples associated with breastfeeding. Multi-Mam® uses a 2QR complex derived from aloe vera plants. 2QR forms a physical block so that bad bacteria are prevented from adhering to the skin and nipple and promotes healing. This block enhances the condition of the skin and the healing process. Multi-Mam® is not sticky and is pleasant to use, having a soothing, cooling effect. And as it is natural, it does not need to be removed prior to feeding, it is completely safe for infants if swallowed. This product was absolutely fantastic I used them for 24hrs and my cracked nipples were then nearly back to normal. It says that it is safe for baby so you don't have to wash your nipple after use prior to feeding which is brilliant but my only problem was my baby wasn't keen to latch on when I had used them so I had to wash them which was a shame as doesn't help the cracked nipple situation! Hence I only used them for 24hrs to get over the worst. But would definitely recommend if cream isn't working for an intensive treatment.

Put on after 4 days of discomfort. Instant relief after feed and next feed was actually comfortable. Don't hesitate, worth every penny. Second baby, I wish I had these first time

Mine arrived this afternoon and already by this evening my poor nipples feel so much better.My week old son cluster fed all night every night for this first week leaving me so sore. Lanisoh helped but didn't fix. After one of these pads I felt instantly improved. After the second I feel almost back to normal. Don't know how they work, but they definitely do!
