it came brand new, nice package and on time. the materials are really good and long. gives enough stability and safety to use on our newborn and the fabric is soft and warm. comes with a nice bag and illustrated instructions. i'm happy with it and i recommend it !

Very useful for the first few weeks especially if you're home alone with the baby. Having my baby held very close to me calms him down. He falls asleep whilst I'm doing stuff at home. Totally safe.
