Too thick to bite, 27 Oct. 2015

This toy is really colourful with blue and purple bits made out of softer material for chewing, the rest of colours are of hard plastic.This toy is supposed to be a rattle as well, however the sound it makes is really quiet.My baby is 4 months old and she likes to chew on everything, this toy is too thick for biting, she can barely fit it between her gums and obviously cannot bite as the toy is so thick (by the way my daughter is a big baby and this toy is still too big for her)A flatter design would be better so it is possible to bite the toy to relieve those little gums :-)

Larger than I expected for the price, this is nice and chunky but my 4 month old can still get a good grip on it. She enjoys munching on the rubberised, textures areas and when holding it with both hands can make it twist and change shape which reveals new areas to try and put in her mouth. Nice, bright colours makes it interesting to look at and the plastic means it is easy to clean with a Milton wipe if it gets dropped on the floor. £2.50 well spent.

I had an earlier version of this toy that my baby enjoyed, he does not use this one at all. I think it is because the new version is plasticky and the colours not as great.
