like this product, small enough to fit in our works first aid box, but large enough to hold comfortably. easy to use, and the children I have used it on so far, have been happy to have it stroked gently over their forehead. a great buy.

Very unhappy with this purchase. It arrived in an envelope from China, without any packaging, and the lithium battery (which is included) registers as 'LO', which means it already needs to be replaced despite arriving yesterday! The thermometer does not seem to work in the way described in the user's manual, and there is a sticky substance on the outer probe which needed to be cleaned off. The directions are very hard to understand, and are poorly translated. Generally, it just seems cheaply made and I will be sending it back.
