Thought 45 quid was steep but worth every penny!, 8 Nov. 2013

Never usually write reviews. I was really struggling to get breast feeding right, latching, uncomfortable positions, and was getting really quite upset, plus they were 34F before the milk came in! Ordered this product at about 4 in the morning after a particularly bad run of attempted feeds. Amazing, helps get a perfect latch (my nipples thanked me), can sit with great posture so comfortable for long feeds, and baby securely held in position. I seriously thought I would have to give up until I got this cushion. And the funny little pocket is actually perfect for a massive stash of breast pads and a tube of nipple cream, and yes.. Your iPhone.

Good For Breast Feeding, Shame About the Cheap Zip, 30 Dec. 2011

I bought this for my wife to assist her in breast feeding our new baby. It does serve its purpose well, supporting both mother and baby at comfortable angles and offering back support. It is much better than pillows and makes the sometimes difficult job of breast feeding easier.

Being a breast feeding aid, it is inevitable that at some point your little one is going to vomit or spill milk on it, this happened to us. We removed the cover and washed it as directed with the zip done up on a gentle wash in the washing machine. Next came the difficult part: We had great difficulty in replacing the cover due to the shape of the support foam, the cover only has one zip that you have to manipulate the foam in to. The zip is only made of cheap plastic and came apart during this process which rendered the cover useless with a broken zip. It was returned for a replacement.

Given the cost of this item, for what in effect is a lump of foam and cotton cover with strap;...

Fantastic pillow - it saved us!, 27 May 2015

This pillow saved my breastfeeding journey from ending. I originally purchased a normal cushion but after a week or so that just wasn't going to cut it. This did feel like a lot of money for what is basically a piece of foam and a cover... but it is so much more than that. I have used this for practically every feed for the past 14 weeks and will continue to do so for as long as we decide to feed together.It supports my back which is great. During those really frustrating and difficult first few weeks this helped me ensure that my baby was in the right position. It has support in exactly the right places and it has got me through some really tough days! Now my baby is heavier it is lovely and supportive still.Seriously it is no exaggeration that without this pillow I probably would have given up. If you're in doubt, BUY ONE - you won't regret it!!
