no way to contact seller, wheels do not move, all 4 seized!, 5 Aug. 2013

All i want to do is get replacement wheels, there is no contact option so you have to send the whole thing back, once you've made it! and get a replacement.If Amazon read this, contact me so i can just get the wheels replaced.Feels cheap, is cheap. Great rockers and would be a great cheap walker if the wheels moved. The other feedback about it only going one way is due to them putting the wheels in the wrong way round! only the fronts change direction. simply cut the notch so all four can change direction, of course this is only valid if they move in the first place!!

Fantastic, sturdy and great quality. Looks lovely, feels comfortable and easy enough to put together. The only downfall I have with it is the play tray. Why are all walkers of this kind made to be like cars? I chose this over the cosy coupe because I didn't want a car. Ok so it had a little steering wheel, that ok there's other toys right? Well, the roller ball to the left is just that, on Orange ball that rolls with no pattern or sound to it. The telephone style ring to the right is too stiff for a baby to move, and the 2 pictured "buttons" at the front do nothing but move when the steering wheel is moved. There are 3 pushable buttons 1 makes car noises, 1 is the volume level and 1 sings songs (this is the we encourage to press). So while the Walker itself is fantastic, if you want something that will actually occupy your little one this may not be the best option.

AWFUL PRODUCT, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!, 21 Jan. 2016

If i could of put 0 stars i would of! The wheels are that stiff that by the time my son could push it forward with his legs he was too big for it! he could only go backwards and even that was a struggle! Pushing it myself was also as hard to do! contacted the supplier on several occasions as i hadn't read anything that this was a common problem, never heard back from the supplier and i doubt i never will, will never purchase this brand again!Awful product, awful customer service!
